My updated version of the Bulletin, good for 2020-2022, is available for download from https://tcbretl.weebly.com. It only gives max and min information, not when variables are expected to be brighter than 11.0 or fainter that 13.5. There are both Mac and PC versions, but the PC versions have not been tested. The predictions are based on data obtained from the 2018 Bulletin.
My computer said the fifle was corrupted and can't be opened. I tried it twice.
Yes, thanks Apple. On the newer system the Gatekeeper is protecting you from opening questionable software. It used to be easy to bypass, but now apparently it is not. I am working on a way around it. In the meantime, this video shows you a way to fix the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3py0kgq95Hk
It should now download and open successfully. Don't double-click it; use Open from the menu.
Hello BTB,
Works well (Win32 version).
One more suggestion. It'd be great if it had direct number input for particular Month & Day. Some kind of ten-digit push button dialing interface or so.
