Error when attempting to upload images

I keep getting this error when trying to use the upload wizard (I've tried without the wizard and the upload just hangs after it seems to complete): 

 

Procedure call or argument is not valid.

Found it

Found the issue, simple mistake - leaving the answer here in case anybody else has the same issue...if you're using Maxim DL to calibrate your images, make sure you're saving them as uncompressed images.
