On the AAVSO CCD Photometry Guide download page, dated 09/08/2014, there is a comment that a French translation is in progress. What is the status of the French translation?

Hi Phil,
There is a volunteer working on the translation but I haven't heard anything from him since April 2016 so I just wrote to him to ask how its going.
If he needs help, do you have anyone in mind that could assist?
