Our distinguished Dr. Barbara Harris is featured on pages 63-64 of the January 2015 Astronomy magazine! The article is headlined under, "Where are the Woman in Amateur Astronomy?" Her work in astrometry/photometry and leadership role in AASVO will inspire our girls, daughters, sisters, mothers, etc, to enter and participate in astronomy and the scientific methods of data acquisition and analysis. Congratulations to my friend Barbara for being feastured in Astronomy Magazine. I can attest to her dedication to making quality observations with her telescopes. I first met Barbara about 15 years ago, and she is not only a wonderful person and friend, but a dedicated AAVSOer.
