I was reading through an old edition of "The Astronomer" and came across HBV 483, apparently an RCB star in Cepheus. Looks as though it isn't RCB at all, but does anyone know what it is? Does it now have a VS name?

Cheers Arne.
I'd already done

Cheers Arne.

I'd already done a chart for this one, and tried to observe it a couple of times. Bit faint!

An UXOR

It is an UXOR in VSX. Spectral type, colors and light curve support that.

I added the name HBV 483 to the cross-IDs so it can be found more easily.

Cheers,
Sebastian
