Plot a light Curve, add a new feature?

The Plot a Light Curve tool is very valuable for LPVs but rather a pain for short-period variables if you actually want to see the curve. Adjustments of the date, replotting, painful. On the other hand, its easy to see the curve in Zapper as it features a bounding box. Any chance that a bounding box could be added to the Plot a Light Curve display?
