AV SPEC submittal - Fail....

Hi all

I have been submitting spectra to AARS for 5 months now, and really wanted to share the data here with AAVSO, especially since I have been grabbing the Nova Per 2020 info.   Back in Aug I submitted my first spectra here on a known star and it was accepted (i think).  But now, for some reason, when I go to submit, the system does not see my equipment.  It sees location, but no equipment drop down.  I am sure this is operator error...

Have added hw/removed hw (note- it will not let me remove the first hw description in the list), add sites (I found the _ betweem Carrollton_TX was needed to match FITS header)

Would really like to add my data collection in but this is a lot of work!   What am I doing wrong?
