Aaron and all: When I tried to print the cirriculum the type was unreadable using Modzilla Firefox. Tried three times with different settings, some pages printed normal English other gibberish as in the title:
DDE!Jn bhf Dbrijncsbyipo!
Apparently this is some issue with Firefox and the Mac-generated PDF. It printed fine with Windows Explorer using XP.
I am not sure if this problem is specific to my machine or general with Firefox. The Henden chapters printed fine on FireFox, so I suspect it is an issue with the course PDF and Firefox.

I've encountered this before on other web sites. Try saving the PDF to your local disk, and then open separately with Acrobat and print from there. At times there are issus with the Acrobat plug-in for any browser.
