Problem in selecting English language in ISIS

I am unable to select the English language in ISIS 5.9.7. Although I have followed the instruction of Christian Buil's astrosurf page I am unable to load the seceted language. In fact selecting English under the settings tab, closing the application and run again ISIS is of no avail. I have also restarted the pc and re-installed ISIS with no success either. I get the same problem with the earlier versions of the software.

I have Windows 7. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
