Problem uploading data in extended format

I have been uploading my data on a regular basis for about one year now without a problem and now it doesn't work. No error message shows up to point out what I'm doing wrong.  Click on the upload button after naming the file and nothing. I tried doing it on two different XP computers and get the same results.
