VPhot won't load transformation coefficients for AAVSONet sites

Hi, I just received some images from ACP->E18... and BSM_NM. When I try to perform a two color transform, the coefficient values are empty. I am not sure how to fix this. 

I attached a screenshot. The T_BV = and T_V = are empty. 

I looked through some forum posts, and tried to find some numbers to enter manually, but wasn't successful at getting it to work. Is there some way to fix this? Thanks!
