1 Schmeer, Patrick Fe II nova (2020ATel13801....1W)
2 Schmeer, Patrick An optical spectrum obtained on 2020 June 8 shows a red continuum together with broad unresolved emission lines of the Balmer series and O I, consistent with a reddened classical nova in the Galactic plane (2020ATel13790....1D). Prior to the eruption that was first detected on 2020 May 31 (ZTF), no brightenings had been recorded by the ASAS-SN Sky Patrol since 2015 February 24.
