PNV J19023335+0315190 is fading rapidly, falling by 0.85 mag (V filter) over the last two days.  Latest reading is 16.576 (V) on 2013 Nov. 02.14899

Looks like it will be cloudy tonight (Nov. 3 UT) in my area. Not many people observing this object, anyone care to follow-up?
