Andrey:  have you used the tools at the Minor Planet Center?   I know it is a bit off the ecliptic, but have you determined if there are any asteroids at/near this location?  Have you gone to Simbad and entered the coordinates to see what it shows at that location?  Do you see it on more than one image?  What is the bright star in the image (just so others can be sure we are looking in the right spot) ?  Have you used AAVSO's VSX to search for variable stars at these coordinates?
