vsnet

Hi, does anyone know how to stop receiving emails from Taichi Kato's vsnet? There doesn't appear to be the usual unsubscribe link in their emails, nor is there any way of unsubscribing on their website, which looks as though it hasn't been updated for years (it still recommends Lycos for instance)?
I know not strictly AAVSO but I really don't want to get any more mails announcing superhumps in some seventeeth-magnitude SU UMa star.
