I just wanted to thank all of the AAVSO staff for the banquet my wife and I attended on Saturday evening at Ball State University. It was wonderful to meet some of the people that, up to this point, I'd only communicated with through email correspondence! I'd especially like to thank Stella Kafka for talking to all of us one on one, and also thank Rebecca Turner for all she did to help organize the event, and Mike Simonsen for the raffle (even though I didn't win anything!). I only wish I could have attended all three days.

Hi Paul,
I'm glad you enjoyed the meeting. In my opinion this is one of the best I have attended. The papers were top notch and the planetarium was simply AWESOME.
Working behind the scenes Rebecca and Mike did an outstanding job in making this a memorable Spring Meeting.
Stella should be proud of her first meeting as AAVSO Director.
