Background/Interesting Fact
Joined the AAVSO in high school in 1984. Active from 1984-1990 then re-joined in 2001. Primary instrument is a Meade LXD55 Schmidt-Newtonian 10" f/4. I also have an Explore Scientific 6" f/6.5 Refractor and a Meade SCT 8" f/10, and am in the process of learning to use an old Optec SSP-3 with the 8" scope. Open air observing from my back yard patio where raccoons and opossums are occasional visitors!
